Ajit Dongre

Ajit Dongre

Mr. Agit Dongre is an Indian-American who has lived in the bay area for three decades. As a student of the Holy Scritures of Hinduism – including the Sama Veda = Yajur Veda – Atharva Veda and the Rig Veda, his first fifteen years of study also included the writings of the Upanishads and the Bramanas. The Bramanas reveal the performances rituals and sacrifices of the faith – both private and public, along with their deep-rich meanings.

Mr. Dongre’s following 10-years of study in the Hindu faith bordered into the principle of Ahinsa – non-violence and into the paths – leading to Moksha, the liberation of the soul. Finally Mr. Dongre is a student of the Bhagavad Gita – the best known and most sacred book in the Hunduism; and the most widely read of all Indian works in the world. He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Kanpur), and did his masters and MBA work in the united states. He has held management positions in the high tech industry – including Hewlett-Packard.

Hafiz Mohammed Rehman Aejaz – growing up in Hyderabad, India, had completely memorized the Holy Quran by the age of 9. He continues Islamic scholar studies in Arabic literature; Tafseer Al-Ahadeeth; and Fee-Haq. He graduated from Madrasat An-Noor in Hyderabad. He then attended Nizamia Tibbi College and received a degree in Herbal Medicine. He is licensed to practice herbal Medicine in India. He served as the full-time Imam with Islamic Society of Montrey County for 6 years. He currently gives Islamic Khutbahs (speeches) as well as writing poetry in Urdu, English and Arabic. He also teaches Quraanic Arabic and Tafseer adults and children classes. In addition he recites Al-Quraan for Taraweeyh prayers each Ramadan.

Amjad Noorani

Amjad Noorani — for the last 10 years,  has worked in the field of education for the underprivileged in Pakistan and the reform of the public education system. He is currently an Advisor to the Board of The Citizens Foundation, USA (TCF-USA) and Secretary of the International Coalition for Education Reform in Pakistan (ICERP).    He is also serving as an Advisor to the Board of the first Pakistani American Culture Center (PACC) in USA.


Narpat Bhandari

Narpat Bhandari

Narpat Bhandari, as an educator, has taught at the University of Southern California and the University of California, Berkeley. He conducted extensive research at the Lawrence Berkeley labs. He taught the 1st microprocessor course at the University of California’s extension for professionals and executives. As a pioneering technologist, served as a senior scientist at Signetics corporation, designing the 1st 12l microprocessor. He later founded Aspen Semiconductors manufacturing premium integrated circuits (ICs) with the power density and yield of CMOS technology. Mr. Bhandari continued his path-breaking developments in the HDTV industry & to date has over 30-patents and papers in the field of semiconductors, software and high definition Televison.

Gopa Perivadan having lived and traveled to India numerous times has long since been a student and observer of Indian politics. He is the author of several Silicon View columns published in the popular web media (www.PoliticsParty.com ). As a journalist, Mr. Perivadan is an authority on the political states and union territories and all the ethnic demographics of India – he is well versed on the history of the National Democratic Alliance and the United Progressive Alliance and their political stances. Mr. Perivadan also writes in the India Tribune – high-lighting the subject of India and the Obama administration. His political heart is beating to the rhythm of going back to India and campaigning for government service.

His expertise on Pakistan has been shared on NPR National Public Radio – with added appearances on KQED National Public Television, and in the video “Pakistan’s Justices Under Seige” – all dealing with the politics and turmoil in Pakistan.
